Welcome to the podcast for Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners.
News this month is dominated by heritage regime changes that in the future should reduce risk for developers - and new guidance on local listing that could increase uncertainty in the shorter term. Otherwise there is more new advice on the NPPF and local plans – we have to wait until November this year, for the outcome of the Government’s guidance review that is underway. Read more on new law and policy initiatives in England in the Planning News Update for June.
